About Us:
"Shrishti" is a registered Trust in Chennai,active since 1995 . A group of young,dynamic women created for themselves a worthwhile goal and began the remarkable job of working for society's lesser privileged.
Our focus has been child nurturing,education,medical assistance,women empowerment,assistance in sustainable and self-sustaining projects and so on.
Over the years, Shrishti has supported-
Orphanages such as 'Samrakshan',St.Marks
Organisations such as 'Stree Sahaya', 'Nandanam Creche','The Banyan',Jeeva Jyothi','Aruve -home for the destitute etc.
Self sustaining Projects such as Hand made paper, Bio-gas,Dairy Project at Share And Care in Thiruvallur dist.
Vocational Projects for women-Tailoring unit, Nursing training at Red Hills
Medical aid to burn victims,open-heart and eye surgeries,kidney operations,cancer treatment etc.
A very useful equipment to the 'School for the Blind', Fully equipped ambulance to Trauma Care Consortium, Computer to Clarke's school for hearing and Speech impaired, A mobile mammogram machine to detect breast cancer have been provided by us.
Over the years',Shrishti' has helped educate over a 100 students,donated towards teachers salaries,set up libraries,computer labs,provided lab material and ,sports equipment's in the schools.
